Westminster APPG September 2011

In 2011 the All Party Parliamentary Group for Home Education met to look at access to exams and college. Guidance and FAQ on Alternative Provision Funding for SEN and FE were published by DfE later in 2011. DfE changed the process again in 2013: SEN funding is now the High Needs Block; college is direct admission with funding claimed by colleges from the Education Funding Agency
